GLCAP partners with Pivotal to bring affordable housing to Maumee

Applications are now being accepted for Trailside Lofts, an affordable housing development in Maumee.

Great Lakes Community Action Partnership (GLCAP) has partnered with Pivotal, a development, property management, and construction management company to develop Trailside Lofts, located at 1020 Medical Center Parkway in Maumee. Construction will be complete by mid-August.

The Trailside Lofts will have 50 units available, with up to three bedrooms per unit. The building also includes a gym, a common area with kitchen and dining, a playground, and an outdoor gazebo. GLCAP, as part owner of the complex, will provide support services to residents, if needed. The complex will host GLCAP family advocates for two hours weekly to help residents with transportation, assistance, and other services.

Those interested in applying can do so through the Pivotal website at www.pivotal-communities.com/properties/trailside-lofts. Applicants will have to meet income guidelines to qualify.
