GLCAP senior housing in production in Toledo

Great Lakes Community Action Partnership (GLCAP) is co-developing affordable housing for seniors with MVAH Development LLC. The project is named Secor Senior Lofts and will be located at 3837 Secor Rd Toledo, Ohio.

GLCAP is part owner of the complex and will be providing support services to accommodate the resident seniors. The Senior Secor Lofts will host GLCAP family advocates that will aid residents in needs of assistance, transportation, and many other services.

Applicants are limited to seniors only, 55 years of age or older with income qualifications. GLCAP has received multiple funding sources geared toward bettering seniors.

The Secor Senior Lofts plans to be completed by March 2022.
